Payment Authorization

When you place an order, your payment provider may authorize or charge the transaction. Orders remain subject to payment verification and product availability.

Currency and Additional Charges

The checkout page displays the transaction currency and final amount charged by us. Your bank or card provider may separately apply currency-conversion or international transaction fees.

How Payment Information Is Handled

Full card details are handled by secure payment processors and are not directly stored by Velqzari™. We may receive limited transaction information such as payment status, billing details, and transaction references.

Suspicious or Unauthorized Activity

If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, contact your financial institution immediately and email service@velqzari.com.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Additional posting time may be required by your bank or payment provider.

Security Reminder: Velqzari™ will never ask you to send a full card number, security code, or account password by email.
