These purchase terms apply to orders placed through velqzari.com. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the related store policies.

Velqzari™ is owned and operated by Shenzhen Hesenhui Trading Co., Ltd., which operates velqzari.com and is the seller of record for purchases made through this website.
2. Eligibility and Customer Information
You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.
3. Product Information
We aim to display product descriptions, colors, dimensions, materials, and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting, packaging, and normal manufacturing variations may cause minor differences.
4. Pet Toy Use and Supervision
Pet toys should be used as intended and under appropriate supervision. No toy is indestructible. Inspect products regularly and discontinue use if they become significantly torn, broken, or damaged in a way that could create a hazard.
5. Prices, Taxes, and Shipping
Prices, transaction currency, available shipping methods, applicable discounts, and any taxes collected by us are displayed on the website or at checkout before payment.
6. Order Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory error, pricing error, legal restriction, or inability to deliver.
7. Payment

8. Processing, Shipping, and Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is generally 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Cancellations and Changes
Requests should be sent to service@velqzari.com within 12 hours after ordering. We will try to assist, but cannot guarantee cancellation or modification after processing begins.
10. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.
11. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photos or video. When a product or fulfillment issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution.
12. Promotions
Promotions may have eligibility dates, minimum order values, excluded products, or usage limits. Promotional terms shown at the time of purchase will apply.
13. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
